I’m now in my 4th month of pregnancy but I wanted to go back and give you guys and update on my 1st trimester…. so many feelings and so many emotions I don’t even know where to start.
Well I found out when I was 5 1/2 weeks and was excited but scared at the same time. It really didn’t seem real but the more those symptoms were coming the realer it got. My early symptoms that continued until about 12-13 weeks were nausea, tiredness, the nastiest metallic taste whether I ate anything or not, fatigue, dehydration, bloated, and hip pain. I had these times when my blood pressure would drop and I would get so weak, dizzy, and had trouble breathing. My first trimester was no joke.
Thankfully by the time I got to my 12-13 week the most of those symptoms subsided. I was able to eat more and got my energy back.
I am taking vitafusion gummies as my prenatal vitamins, and they have not caused anymore nausea. I also had about 2 weeks worth of samples of diclegis from my Dr. which helped so much with the nausea and breathing issue. My dr also suggested that when i ran out to take b6 every 6hrs which mildly helped with the nausea.
I didn’t feel like working out but stretching did help a little with the hip pains.
